The Cottarelli Travel Magic Plus vise combines the famous folding Travel base with the universal Magic Plus head. Fully designed and manufactured in Italy, it delivers an exceptionally high level of precision and versatility.

The Magic Plus head features three clamping zones designed for small, medium and large hooks. This lets you move from tying small dry flies to large streamers without changing jaws. Large hooks benefit from a double support point, ensuring a firm hold without requiring excessive clamping pressure.

The upper section rotates freely through 360°. Its friction can be adjusted for free rotation, controlled resistance or full lock-up of the mechanism. When the hook is properly aligned, its shank rotates precisely on its own axis.

A fully modular system

The Travel base is compatible with the various heads and clamps in the Cottarelli system, except for components specific to the Pocket model. The vise can also be fitted with the Cottarelli crank handle for Travel vises, sold separately.
