The Fluorocarbon Tapered Leader 2.70m from Devaux is a knotless tapered leader that is very well suited to subsurface fishing.

Particularly discreet once submerged, it is perfectly suited to nymphing, wet fly fishing or stillwater fly fishing. Its smooth taper ensures good energy transfer and helps the leader turn over properly, even with lightly weighted flies.

Fluorocarbon also provides good abrasion resistance.

Tip: this leader has a quick-connection loop, but for a more direct connection, we recommend cutting off this loop and tying the butt section of the leader directly to the fly line loop. This improves energy transfer when casting.
