Semi-Automatic Excellence
Soldarini pushes the limits with the Daytona: an ultra-light reel fully machined from solid (aerospace-grade aluminium). Its internal mechanics have been redesigned to deliver exceptionally smooth line pick-up, letting you manage excess fly line with a simple press of the trigger.
Its large-diameter "Large Arbor" design ensures fast retrieve and reduces fly line or monofilament memory - a major advantage for euro nymphing (Euro Nymphing) or delicate dry fly fishing.
Choose Your Version
Model 1-4 (Weight: 138g): The ideal version for light dry fly fishing or for balancing euro nymphing rods up to 10'6. A concentration of lightness for maximum handling.
Model 2-5 (Weight: 148g): Designed for more powerful dry fly fishing or to perfectly balance long 11' and longer nymphing rods. This extra weight helps stabilise long levers for optimal fishing comfort.

J’utilise cette canne pour pêcher les petites et moyennes rivières en nymphe au fil.
Des les premiers instants, j’ai apprécié sa légèreté et son équilibre parfait avec un moulinet semi automatique « la fine mouche ». Je l’ai utilisée avec une seule nymphe en bille de 3 équipée de son scion le plus fin sur la rivière l’Auze. Cela a été un véritable enchantement. La poignée cigare en carbone est très fine et agréable . On sent les tressautements de la nymphe sur les cailloux du fond. Les lancers sont doux et nerveux à la fois et extrêmement précis, le tout sans fatigue. La canne encaisse bien les coups de tête des truites et amortit facilement leurs rushs. En fin de journée, en présence de quelques gobages, j’y ai monté une soie de 3 et là pareil la canne a fait le Job sans brocher. Je recommande vivement ce produit à tous les pêcheurs à la nymphe en moyenne et petite rivière.
