The Aura Euro Nymph reel from Guideline is a version specifically designed for euro nymphing and modern European nymphing rods. It retains all the qualities of the Aura series, with a closed Full-Frame frame, a narrow-profile Large Arbor spool, and a fully sealed carbon drag.
This Euro version stands out with its large spool diameter, reduced width, and optimized weight to better balance long nymphing rods, generally from 10 feet and up. It offers fast line pickup, excellent line control, and reduces the risk of fine mono or thin line slipping between the spool and the frame.
Available in two finishes, Titan and Bronze, the Aura Euro Nymph lets you choose the colorway that best matches your rod or your preferences, while keeping the same technical features.
Additional Aura Euro spare spools are also available in Titan and Bronze. They let you prep multiple lines in advance and quickly switch setups on the water, for example between a nymph line, a thin fly line, or a more versatile rig.
Full-Frame design and euro nymphing
The Full-Frame frame is a real advantage for euro nymphing. It prevents thin monofilaments, long leaders, or nymph lines from slipping between the spool and the frame. The narrow spool promotes even line lay, while the large diameter improves retrieval and control while fishing.

J’utilise cette canne pour pêcher les petites et moyennes rivières en nymphe au fil.
Des les premiers instants, j’ai apprécié sa légèreté et son équilibre parfait avec un moulinet semi automatique « la fine mouche ». Je l’ai utilisée avec une seule nymphe en bille de 3 équipée de son scion le plus fin sur la rivière l’Auze. Cela a été un véritable enchantement. La poignée cigare en carbone est très fine et agréable . On sent les tressautements de la nymphe sur les cailloux du fond. Les lancers sont doux et nerveux à la fois et extrêmement précis, le tout sans fatigue. La canne encaisse bien les coups de tête des truites et amortit facilement leurs rushs. En fin de journée, en présence de quelques gobages, j’y ai monté une soie de 3 et là pareil la canne a fait le Job sans brocher. Je recommande vivement ce produit à tous les pêcheurs à la nymphe en moyenne et petite rivière.
