The Flybox Electric Eggstasy takes the principle of the classic Eggstasy and adds new exceptionally bright UV fibres. Once in the water, they add a UV violet flash that boosts the appeal of the fly.
This synthetic chenille makes it easy to tie egg imitations and a wide range of attractor patterns, especially useful for stillwater fly fishing.
Its very fine NX-Gen fibres are translucent and trap water like a sponge. Once submerged, they become especially supple and take on a lively look. The integrated UV fibres add an extra dimension to the material by producing UV violet highlights visible underwater.
The colour appearance changes on contact with water and can differ by around 30% from its dry appearance. It is therefore normal for some shades to look different in the packet and once submerged.
