The Textreme Tinsel “Pearl” is a flat synthetic tinsel with a pearlescent/iridescent finish.
It lets you tie ultra-bright bodies and crisp ribbing on nymphs, chironomids and small flies.
It’s also highly regarded for tying Perdigon nymphs.
It can also be wrapped over a colored underbody to create more complex tones. Don’t hesitate to test different combinations and mix things up.

Recommended uses
- Bodies: nymphs, buzzers, small wet flies and slim streamers.
- Ribbing (ribbing): segmentation + strength + flash effect.
Tying tips
- Underbody: a smooth underbody (fine thread) improves consistency. A light underbody gives a brighter result; a dark underbody adds depth and contrast.
- Wrapping: keep the tinsel flat and under steady tension to avoid twisting and to get a clean body.
- Finish: a thin coat of UV resin (or varnish) boosts shine and enhances the pearlescent effect and colors.

Soie en DT 4 sur un semi automatique, et rien à redire. impeccable a monter, boucles vraiment petite c'est cool. Essai en réservoir et jardin sans faute. Couleur sympa, on verra à la nymphe avec les passages en sèche ;)
