GSP Threads VEEVUS Microfilaments 50D (12/0)
VEEVUS GSP 50D is an GSP (Gel Spun Polyethylene) ultra-strong fly tying thread, designed to deliver excellent material grip without adding bulk.
Its diameter is equivalent to a 12/0, with a breaking strength often compared to a 6/0!
Specifically developed with a slight twist to prevent the thread from "splitting", it lays flat on the hook shank and offers excellent tension control.

Recommended uses
- Fine patterns requiring strong holding power: nymphs, light streamers, tough dry flies.
- Compressible or slippery materials: deer hair, CDC, dense dubbings, synthetics.
- Ideal for applying high tension and locking materials down securely, while keeping a slim, compact fly head.
Tying tips
- Tension: Tighten progressively - GSP is very strong and can cut some materials if you cinch down too hard all at once.
- Bobbin holder: a ceramic tube provides smoother thread flow and reduces wear when tying at high tension.
- Finish: a micro-drop of varnish/UV on the final knot will secure your fly.

Soie en DT 4 sur un semi automatique, et rien à redire. impeccable a monter, boucles vraiment petite c'est cool. Essai en réservoir et jardin sans faute. Couleur sympa, on verra à la nymphe avec les passages en sèche ;)
