Hydrophobic Floatant Gel - High N Dry
The HIGH N DRY Floatant Gel is solvent-free and environmentally friendly.
It is specifically designed for fly anglers who prefer applying hydrophobic floatant to flies with their fingers, or for those who only want to treat certain areas of their flies. This gel has a lower viscosity than most gels, allowing it to penetrate all the fibres of your fly. It creates a protective barrier to prevent moisture from getting in. Can be used on all types of dry flies and floating emergers. Its consistency also makes it suitable for CDC flies.
Apply the gel with your fingers and work it into your fly. The gel is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, making it safe for anglers to use.
When using gel on CDC flies, it is best to start with the body and tail, then treat the CDC wings or fibres last. This helps ensure the right amount is applied.
Once applied, 2 or 3 false casts are enough to keep your fly floating for a long time in all conditions.

L'outil est très précis. Il faut quand même que le fil ne soit pas trop fin car sinon c'est difficile. Cela fonctionne mais il faut s'y reprendre à plusieurs reprises.
